Architecture – You need a scalable, future-proof Big Data system.  The system should be flexible enough to allow you to start small, with internal data, and then add multiple internal and external data sources.  As always, planning for unknown future requirements at the design stage will save you money in the future.

Build – Begin with a pilot project, possibly cloud based.  Our experience can make this happen for you not only quickly, but in a flexible, sustainable manner.  In other words, you will not need to throw everything away after the pilot.
